Grandma gave me some sunglasses to wear to Mexico, but Mommy put them on crooked.
But I can put them on straight.
Then I played in my new pool with my cousins. It's a lot of fun, even without water!
Sarah and Russ got me a red wagon. Now I'm all ready to go to the zoo.
And finally I got some cake. I had a fun time playing with it before I finally realized I was supposed to eat it.
But once I had a taste, I didn't want to stop!
I knew I was a mess, cause Mommy and Daddy kept their distance.

Hellooooooo! I said another piece please. Anyone? I guess the party is over.
Party number two was at Grandma and Grandpa's house, and again, could someone please get me some more cake!
Um, ya, hi, I said cake, not an animal. What? You say this little lamb is a cake?
Heeeee heeee, you're right! It is a cake!
Grandpa made it for me cause he had one on his first birthday. It's a family tradition. The first lamb's head fell off, so he had to bake another one. Thanks Grandpa!
I can't wait to see what's in store for party number three, after all, you only turn one once!

WOW what a party -- or should I say PARTIES he's had. AND a Grandpa that makes Birthday cakes -- now that's really something. Wish we could have been there to celebrate --- in fact we were gone all day and evening and he didn't even get a birthday call from Idaho --- BUT we were sure thinking about him. Love you Cash.

He is so stinkin' cute! I love the lamb cake. And all the chocolate on his face. I am glad he had a wonderful birthday!
